Lydia Mar, Athens, Greece - my sea time - 1989 - 1997
Sometime in 1991 I've join the general cargo vessel 'Artemis I' in worldwide trade(abt. 6,000 DWT) as 2nd Deck Officer and after few months I have got promoted to Chief Officer. She was carrying various type of cargo such as still coils, still turnings, coal, maize, grain, etc. The vessel has been managed by 'Lydia Mar' shipping co. from Athen, Greece, which is Daughter Company of Aug. Bolten Wm. Miller’s Nachfolger, Hamburg, Germany.
Since than I have become 'Lydia Mar' company man and joined different kind of vessels as Chief Officer in following order:
